 Ciao Continental Filter Coffee 50 x 3Pint

Coffee roasting is at the heart of our business and we take pleasure in sourcing the best coffees from around the world. We take pride in our ability to roast and blend the finest coffees for all consumption occassions.

Blend Description:
Dark roast, full bodied blend with a rounded European flavour, ideal as an after dinner coffee. This blend is well suited to restaurants, coffee shops and where the coffee is required to give a little punch.
This powerful blend of coffee delivers rich, heavy flavours and a big body to create a mouth feel that is almost everlasting. Medium to slightly darker roasted this coffee has plenty of sweetness backed up by this heavy body to create a complex cup of coffee that remains easily drinkable.

More about coffees from Brazil, India and Africa:

Brazil                             Coffee beans in Brazil are grown at altitudes of only 2,000 to 4,000 feet. Brazilian coffee can be nutty, sweet, low-acid, and develop exceptional bittersweet and chocolate roast tastes but usually uncomplicated. Great for Italian style espresso, these coffees can work well unblended but as with most coffee beans, benefit when blended with high grade arabica coffee.
India Indian coffees are becoming more represented in the world coffee market and offer good balance, pronounced body, medium acidity (which can vary from regoin to region) and subtle spicey notes in these mild coffees. Sometimes you find hints of earthiness. Source of good Robusta coffees.
African African coffees are often complex and deep with deep berry notes and earthy properties. The main regions we source our African coffee is Uganda and Kenya. 93% of Uganda coffee is cultivated by small native farms and cultivate great robusta beans where as much of the great Arabica coffee of Kenya is cultivated from high altitude growing regions a little north of Nairobi. Kenyan coffee is complex, and has interesting berry and citrus flavours, occassionally alternating with delicated spice.
