The Denby Coffee Machine range is manufactured by Quality Espresso S.A., established in Barcelona for over fifty years and one of the largest manufacturers of espresso coffee machines in the world. Rugged construction of frame and stainless steel working surfaces ensure long life of equipment. Featuring powder coated side panels and fashionable stainless steel front panel with stainless steel steam and hot water wands on all models.
The Denby Palanca is a lever espresso machine, which uses an extraction system based on a manually operated, thermocompresed brew chamber. Both group heads are fitted with an infusion-extraction system and independent heat exchangers are active for each group head.
The water level in the 13Ltr copper boiler is electronically controlled and like all Denby Traditional Espresso Machines, the Palanca boiler refills automatically and is fitted with a boiler safety valve. Additionally, an element safety thermostat is fitted for the protection of the heads.
