Shipping within the United Kingdom

Denby Dale coffee supply the whole of the United Kingdom including UK Mainland, Ireland (North & South) and all outlying Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland etc). However, where you live will affect how quickly you receive your goods and how much it may cost. To make our shipping policy clearer, we have seperated our shipping area into different zones which you can select in CART to apply the correct shipping charge for the weight and cost of your purchase.

Zone 1 Business Post and Royal Mail
Zone 1 shipping covers all of the UK Mainland. Please see the guide map below for more information. A good rule is zone 1 covers the UK mainland upto Glasgow & Dundee. Zone 1 receives shipping by next day carrier on items in stock and orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day and arrive the day after. Standard shipping charges are £7.50 + VAT. Orders over £59 will receive free delivery. Orders under £59 and small enough to be sent by Royal Mail will be sent with the appropriate postage charge, the CART will automatically calculate the cost according to both weight and zone. However we ship your goods, someone should be available to sign for receipt of the goods at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm. Work address should be used for delivery if in doubt, Business Post will try to deliver 3 times before returning the goods to us, in which case an additional carriage charge may apply. Should your order be urgent you can choose to upgrade to next day before 12am delivery - this costs £22 + VAT on orders under £59, or £10 + VAT on orders over £59.

Zone 2 Royal Mail and Parcelforce Standard
Zone 2 shipping covers the furthest reaches of Scotland, outlying islands of the UK and Northern Ireland. Orders up to a maximum of 20kg will cost £12.50 to ship by parcelforce standard and will take up to 5 working days to deliver. Orders over £59 will be shipped free but can still take 5 working days. Orders small or light enough to send by Royal Mail will be charged according to the weight. Some areas may be able to receive a carrier upgrade for quicker delivery for £15 + VAT, telephone for more information.

Zone 3 Royal Mail and Parcelforce Standard
Zone 3 shipping covers Southern Ireland. Orders up to a maximum of 20kg will cost £36.00 to ship by parcelforce standard and will take 5 working days to deliver. Orders small or light enough to send by Royal Mail will be charged at £15.00. If you are in Zone 3 we suggest you telephone to confirm shipping.

Where next day shipping is available, no guarantee is made that the goods will arrive next day. Although there is an average 97% success rate, no liabilty will be accepted for failure of goods to arrive due to mis-directed parcels or problems with access to delivery address. Denby Dale Coffee accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by failure of goods to arrive. Any damaged goods received should be indicated when signed for, if in doubt sign UNCHECKED. Always ensure you have the number of packages you sign for.
