What do the water filters
do?
Our water filters are capable of reducing or
eliminating bad tastes and odours, chlorine,
and other organic contaminants to produce significantly
improved drinking water. We use carbon block
filters with integral scale inhibitors as standard
because they have a higher contaminant removal
ratio than GAC (Gas Activated Carbon) filters.
How often do
the filters need changing?
The water filters will last for 6 months. We
offer a Free Filter Reminder Service to notify
you when your filter needs replacing. Fitting
is simple and will take no longer than 3 minutes.
How far can the
coolers be plumbed in from the Mains supply?
Up to 15 metres away by use of a food grade
flexipipe. Ideally the water supply will be
within 3 Meters of the cooler.
How
easy is it to install a plumbed in water cooler?
All of our water coolers come complete with
a full set of instructions. The coolers are
an easy DIY fit with no pipes to cut, no copper
piping or soldering and no need to turn off
the water. If you don't wish to install the
cooler yourself we can install it for you for
just £50.
Why mains filtered
water?
We are lucky in the UK as the tap water is perfectly
safe. Unfortunately it doesn't always taste
as good as we would like it to, which is due
the various impurities that maybe found in the
mains water supply.
The great thing about filtering your water through
the mains is that you benefit from the constant
supply of mains water while the advanced filtration
systems that we use remove the impurities.
How are the coolers
installed?
You have 2 installation options:

Yes we do, although we predominately deal with
mains filtered water coolers we want to provide
you with the right solution to meet your needs.
To enable us to do this we do sell bottled water
coolers, as these are sometimes the right products
for our clients.
As we don’t supply the bottles of water,
we will supply you with the contact details
of 3 local bottled water suppliers, the average
19Ltr bottle will cost approx £5.50.
