The Dark hot chocolate is the drink for the real connoisseur, it has a higher cocoa content (32% to be exact) and a more intense cocoa flavour, in more of a European style. Zuma’s 100% Fairtrade Dark Chocolate contains 32% cocoa from San Domingo, with fairly traded sugar from Paraguay. Helping farmers to get a fair price for their produce and helping your customers to indulge themselves with a clearer conscience.

Each 6x2kg case will produce approx 400-480 chocolate drinks, depending on the cup size.
